Austringer is my favorite 140 by far, zen moment+eots is my combo but it has so many good perks, you can't go wrong with it!

Stab is 100% essential on console. The recoiling animation alone will get you killed in duels, unless peak-shooting….which really isn’t dueling.

You can go for high range on controller and let the reticle stickiness make the recoil easier to control rather than stability

There’s too much time off target, for this. The recoil animations for 140s and 120s are too slow to just follow through with.. Team shot and/or peak shooting is the real hand cannon meta, along with bow combos.

The "sticky-ness" is only active for me when players walk in front of your sights. Snatching from who you were actually aiming at.

Banshee was selling one so I was able to use my Deepsights on multiple. I now have a solid legendary handcannon and can use an exotic in the energy slot

Zen moment is just visual shake reduction, so opening shot and eye of storm is really good too. The value of opening shot is that it guarantees a headshot for your first shot and eye of the storm guarantees your 3rd shot hits (its a reverse opening shot) as your hp goes down - these two perks work with each other very well

eye of the storm is simply better for dueling, accuracy cone size is way, way more beneficial than snapshot. Austringer already has a decent ads, plus eots gives handling
