I'll be brutally honest, I am shocked that the Bears understood the value they got here. They have a starting trio at receiver that checks the boxes in the modern NFL and that's a boon for a rookie QB.

The line was rated pretty averagely last year and they have already made a couple signings in free agency. Fields made them look a lot worse than they were because he held onto the ball longer than any other qb in the league last season
When adjusted, the offensive line rated pretty decently lol. That’s with a rookie RT who started to really put things together late in the season. But they were blocking for the guy who had one of the longest time to throw rates in the nfl.

The bears were not 2 players away from winning the super bowl so stop dreaming. If you look at the history of picking a QB with the first pick you have to go all the way back to Eli Manning to find a super bowl winner, so good luck with those picks. Picking first rarely equates to success unless you want a ribbon for winning the division once every 10 years.
