Hi could you be slightly more specific about when to have intercourse? Some info states every 2nd day, some say the day of ovulation & day after, some day every single day.

Might order this. I'm 42 and been trying to get pregnant for ten years with my husband. We had a miscarriage in 2018. I had a giant fibroid removed in January 2019. Almost two years later still no pregnancy even though we have tried everything that has been recommended to us besides IVF. So when DO you have sex? What exactly does it mean when you say you’re ovulating - is that the moment the ovary is releasing the egg, is it when the eggs is in the Fallopian tube? Do I have sex the day my temp drops on my BBT chart?
Does this device confirm ovulation or just predict the possibility of ovulation? I though you can have an LH surge but still not effectively ovulate.. is this true ? Or does the presence of LH mean you are ovulating?
This is true !:) you can get more than one surge. If your body gears up to ovulate but for some reason doesn’t .. then you will have another surge (peak) once you actually do! Hope this helps ❤️
your LH surge does show ovulation. You can also monitor your progesterone after ovulation to confirm this.

@@MarcSklarTheFertilityExpert It might be but it is way too expensive, I hope that the Clearblue Advanced Digital Ovulation kit that I bought will work well. It is a huge fraction of the cost of Mira. I agree we need to know what is happening to our bodies and technology can take the guess work out.
Hi Dr Marc - Please please if you can answer my question as I'm so worried about my fertility - I have been tracking my basal temperature and my temperature dissent lower until the 3rd day of my period... is this something to be worried about? I have researched and from what I see this could mean issues for getting pregnant? I would be beyond grateful for your views on this xx

I get ovulation pain as well :) usually on Ovulation day. If you track temp and write down symptoms you can nail down when you are getting the pains (wether it’s before or after or during Ovulation)

We me and my husband have sex when I'm ovulating and when my not the only time we don't is when I'm on my monthly cycle, also i do the ovulation test and the body basal temp, also we use preseed

Some people can actually get an LH surge more than once ! (So you’ll have more than one peak on the strips )

Dr. Marc please I would like to know something. I became sexually active last year when I got married and before I used to see my eggwhite cervical mucus (ive seen it since I was 13yrs old). But after I got married I don't see it anymore or si it that I don't pa attention? I'm usually sexually active all through my fertile window so I was thinking that maybe the mucus gets pushed back into my cervix or is stuck up there because of the frequent sex just around the time the EWCM is suppose to show. Ive seen an OBGYN and I have no infection etc. My menstrual flow has been regular from when I started menstruating so what could be the problem? Please guide me. Thanks in advance

I have PCOS and charting is very difficult for me because my BBT is the same in the 2 phases. Big spike is not seen. I thought that I ovulated on cycle day 16 with a BBT 36.4celius and i had e eggwhite CM cycle day 17 my BBT went to 36.2 and then in those range and on cycle day 21 it drops to 35.8 i has OKP test the lines weren’t dark but you can see 2 lines however i had these lines also before on cycle 16 . But on cycle 22 it didn’t spike it went ti 36.0 and then cycle 22 BBT 36.2 . Im very confused now

Hi Doc, I have been tracking my ovulation with BBT for the past 6 cycles and always get a clear spike a day after ovulation. This cycle I ovulated on cycle day 20 with a huge clear spike a day after which makes me currently 4 days late(19dpo). I tested last night and still got bfn. Could it be possible I didn't ovulate though with a spike, or faulty test? I think I'm beginning to spot as well today. Doc pls what do you think?
You are testing too early.
