Exactly. A prophet can give 99 accurate words, get 1 wrong, and then religious people label them false by quoting Deuteronomy. It's ridiculous. I'm glad God doesn't see us this way.

If this message makes anyone upset then you need another dip at the alter. This kind of Message will help you grow up spiritually or you will quit one. My prayer is that God will bring this kind of message into every Church and that it will bring a separation from the true Christians and the hypocrites. Theres to many people playing church thinking they are getting by. God knows who you are and if you really love Him or not. God is not going to let people play Church so get in or get out dont make God put you out because He can and He will if He has to.

@@Shalom2479 I go to a very dead Church. My husband likes it I go praying in the spirit all the time. I pray for the Pastor, I pray for the leadership, and I pray for my husband that they would see what Jeremiah is talking about in this video. I am responsible for how I respond to what he's saying, I am responsible for getting my relationship with God as close as it can be being filled with the Holy Spirit ,walking in God's presence and God's power. If you're really upset about a leadership of of church of course number one is, ask the Holy Spirit what to do about it. My choice would be to leave the church that I don't like but I'm going there to honor my husband who at least is hearing some of the word. But I wanted to be one of those sisters that's going to come out and be radical in my faith and I may have to leave eventually. But I'm not responsible for anybody else except for myself . Unless the Holy Spirit tells me to say something to someone. Not sure if that helps you. Just get on your face before God and let him fill you. With your filling you'll either make the pastor's super mad without saying one word to him or the Holy Spirit will convince him through your example. Pray pray pray pray pray

You brought down the very fire 🔥 of the word of the Lord in great application and exhortation regarding the Spiritual religious Spirit of religion which I believe goes well deeper and beyond than the dryness and dullness of Pharisees but rather to the very depths of the Doctrine of Demons and into at the very gates of Babylon upon hell's flames.

About a month ago, my mentor received a word from God saying that for 2 wednesday we would repent agains the religious spirit. From that time on, it has been great warfare against us doing this. For 2 weeks nothing, then we arrange to do it this thursday. A couple of hours later, my mentor calls me back that it is posponed again for 2 more weeks. That must be very important for it to be so attacked. We had struggles too with freemason repentance but this one is a totally different level.

So very happy and pleased this wonderful Pastor/ man of God is back in the Pulpit where he belongs. He's so anointed and speaks such truth you know he's from God. I just love this guy. I was really troubled after the election and couldn't figure out what went wrong but he sure helped us understand the human element of Prophecy and how they can go wrong. Reading some of the negative comments on here it seems what most are really upset about is Jeremiah's doctrine and theological based theology in a number of areas rather than the actual truthful wording of the message itself; as such they're masking that as an excuse to well down on Jeremiah's teaching which is not right and dishonest.
Truth is truth 💯 and he is in truth on this regardless of his doctrine and theology I myself for one have been much blessed by him/ his teachings and his ministry I say this as someone who holds pretty significant eschatological differences.

What is "the religious spirit" and where did the definition come from? I've been searching for years and concluded that it is not biblical.

Religious spirits see godliness as gain. It's a job...it pays the bills and the church buildings bills.
Religious spiritsare blind and they seek blind followers. Jesus commands to "Leave them alone!" The blind leading the blind both will fall into the ditch.

Paul said it best...Rom 9:3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren...

And he did...not just the physical tent, but His Spirit as well...Father why have you forsaken me?...yup...fer 3 days he died and separated from Our Father in Heaven who he dearly loved. Jesus, the only begotten Son of God gave up His eternal life for us...2 Pet 3:8 But, beloved, do not forget this one thing, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
I would for anyone give up my eternal life for a predestined sheep to hear and accept Christ and eternal life...but I can't...and, Jesus Christ who lives within me has already done so...he is risen as I can testify he is living and powerful.

I dispise the term religious spirit or "spirit of religion" It is so vague as to say "badness" or to call someone a big jerk. The only problem is calling someone a big jerk (or worse) is - do you expect them to think "wow, I'm a big jerk, that's an opportunity be different." You might be driving the correct direction, but after hearing an abstract complaint like this, I want nothing to do with you. Also, to note, the term religion is used as a positive in the bible and never a negative. It's inconsistent with anything other than your own hobby horse.
Sounds like he convicted you and your pride itself can't handle it.

@@traviskarnes6825 Well, that's a fine point. It's more detailed and it's a lengthy process. Speaking more in the abstract, I'd argue on the opportunity here as well - Empty yourself on the grounds you will be filled with something else - introvert is replaced with extrovert. Also, there's only one person that you can trust. You don't rebuke the teachable. You don't remove something and leave them hanging. There's also opportunity. One example is epic purpose.
I just don’t understand calling everything a spirit. It’s just not biblical. There is God who is spirit. There are angels who are spirit. There are demons that are spirit and then there’s the FLESH! Now a demon may have characteristics of the flesh but I’m sure it’s not SOLEY that characteristic. For a believer we battle the flesh which war against the Spirit because we once had demons that trained our flesh (addicted sick flesh). We war against demons in others that do not have the gift of Holy Spirit. I understand being spiritual but we have to divide the word and know the TRUTH! Jesus told the Pharisees
“When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none. Then he saith, I will return into my house from whence I came out; and when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept, and garnished. Then goeth he, and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation.”
Matthew 12:43-45 KJV
Why is this true? Because Jesus/Holy Spirit was casting out demons but but but Holy Spirit was not filling the person that the KINGDOM OF GOD HAD COME UPON, therefore that vessel is still acceptable to demons.
“Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee. The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Jesus, which had made him whole.”
John 5:14-15 KJV
This also has to do with the flesh healing and demon casting out. Everything is NOT A SPIRIT.
“After Abimelech had ruled over Israel for three years, God sent a spirit that stirred up trouble between Abimelech and the leading citizens of Shechem, and they revolted. God was punishing Abimelech for murdering Gideon’s seventy sons, and the citizens of Shechem for supporting him in this treachery of murdering his brothers.”
