"北洋軍軍歌" ( also called "大帥練兵歌", "Soldier's Training Song"), is a march from the Beiyang Government of China. The song had different lyrics for different army divisions, all put to the same tune. The tune was later adopted by both the Republic of China and People's Republic of China.
I do not represent any of the ideologies, countries, or religions shown on this channel. No matter if we agree or disagree, it is still important to document the songs of every ideology, country, and religion. - Hudba
I remember this music was played when Chinese athletes entered stadium at the 1984 LA Olympics. It was already 38 years ago.
Chinese Taipei
Isn’t this tune used for “The Three Rules and Eight Notices”?
Yes, first it was a Qing song, then a Nationalist KMT song, and finally a Communist song. The tune was that catchy
Yup
During ww2 the ccp and the people republic of China aka Chang Kai sheck army collaborated to unify as one army to deal with their Japanese counterparts where United States help them with air to air combat while the Chinese unified and receive weapons from their western allies where they fight ground battles but some chang soldiers decided to betray their own leader and came up this song to understand their communist party
Lol, yeah, Communism is thing that copies from an Imperialist
@@kwanlinus6999 It’s also been used by the DPRK Choir.
How interesting. This exact same theme was used for the song " immortal China" for the ROC. They just slowed it down and added words.
My hometown is Xiaozhan. The town was the beiyang army base
A lot of people think this sounds like the Chinese Communist Military Music, but records show they got the theme and music from the Qing Dynasty
Well, the same story as with "Farewell of Slavyanka"
Fun fact: this march was originally composed by a German officer for the Qing dynasty New Army (which eventually became the Beiyang Army and got split into several warlord armies later on), much like how Battotai was composed by a French for the Imperial Japanese Army.
It fits Qing tbh. It has that imperial vibe to it
@@CoffeeSuccubus yes
@@CoffeeSuccubus In fact, he is very in line with your European and American atmosphere.
The beginning does have the style of German Prussian music
看来你们不仅是一点都不懂,而且还不懂装懂,这首歌原曲子是一首来自一首德国军歌
No idea about it but thanks for sharing this piece of history and music.
Can you also upload the "March of Military Bearing"?

Somehow if I were blindfolded and told to find which nationality this song is I would say chinese or south east asian because it just has that vibe to it
Considering that the composer is German, pay tribute to him

Hey! That's the Soldiers Training song
Yup! 北洋軍軍歌 is a more generic name since it was supposedly used by multiple divisions in the Beiyang Army
Revolutionaries been real quiet since this dropped....
Where'd you get the photo for the thumbnail?
The PLA still use it.
本軍歌曲及歌詞由張作霖大帥.
不是,是袁世凯的小站练兵歌
Many PLA marches are reworked imperial ones…
🕺
Isn't this the one used by the PLA in their national parade?
Yes! It's called "Three Rules and Eight Notices", and it's also used by Taiwan under the name, "Immortal China"
這首歌的旋律本是德國的歌曲的,名叫威廉皇帝閱兵歌。
没有这么个东西,呵呵。中国人一天到晚造谣。

It was the Chinese government from 1912-1928 before the ROC overthrew them via revolution

北洋军威武雄壮,是当时中国王牌部队
這曲很現代化是抄別人的吧!只是當年北洋軍是有實力統一中國的,大總統英年早逝壯志未酬啊~
