🤔 that I do not know since haven’t had an issue yet with it. When u test the 12v connector for ur plug u have no power? Sure not the wire harness, maybe damaged from the truck outlet to the trailer? I’m away so can’t help u out at the moment

You showed the blue fuse for the running lights but I don’t see it listed in the diagram in the manual. Is this the tow receptical F58?
On my ram 3500 it was fuse f28 f29 and f30 and I think there is another one for the trailer plug. Nut those are the main 3

You have a wire short somewhere In ur trailer. I had my tail/marker lights rubbing and from water would melt and short.
