- We take our BMW E21 for a little test drive on some twisty roads.
Listen to the insane sound of the Triple Weber Carburettor engine.
It is not a Turbo, it has no NOS nor a V8 - it has M20 straight six with a Triple Weber Carburettor setup and some other unique features.

It sound pretty good, it's a 320 or 323?
Any modifications to the exhaust? Does VGS exist anymore?
Love the sound! Can I ask which Webber carb model has been used?
+Jong Park Thank you. :-) Those are 3 x Weber 40 IDF. Here you can see more details of the car: czcams.com/video/kkv_CZP5yQA/video.html and you can find more videos of our E21 on our channel. I hope this helps.
Nice car...
Hi!
Can you tell me please?
What kind of fuel pump do you use?
Nice sound! is it stock exhaust?
+tavulechinois Thank you. :-) The sound is the suction noise of the Weber carburettors. ;-)
How much of HP increase does the Webers produce? Hope you reply. What a fantastic car!
+WJooosippp This Weber Carburettor system was specially developed for the BMW 320 with the 2.0L M20 engine (120 PS / 88kW) back in the late 1970s by a German tuning company. On a stock 2.0L engine, the Webers increase the power by 15 PS to an overall power output of 135 PS (99kW).
+LoonyGarage Thank you!
+LoonyGarage is that alpina and where can i hunt some of these carbys down??? sounds amazing great vid
+dayner patten This is not an Alpina. Try the company VGS in Germany. Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated.
Which engine is it? M20b?
Nothing sounds like a weber.
It has 3
Eargasm...
since I had and of course loved one e21, since the original carburetor was capable of handling bigger engines than the 2 L and there are NO SPECS WHATSOEVER (besides colour and tires) in the linked page.... here you have my humble dislike.
