Veg can also eat Amaranth and Quinoa as excellent sources of proteins! Dal and Rice together complete the amino acid chain so there's lot of choice.
Per 100 gm Quinoa has just 8-9 gm of protein as compared to 14-15 gm for Amaranth.
However looking at protein profile by itself is incorrect. We need to consider it's Bioavailability, for which we have DIAAS and PDCAAS score.
In order to consume your daily requirement of proteins you'll have to consume a significant quantity of Quinoa.
So if you're a strict vegetarian then whey protein, paneer, tempeh, tofu, cheese, curd are your best sources of proteins.

If it's by choice then by all means do it.
But if it's delusion then it needs to be catered with right knowledge.
Unfortunately it's like telling them the sky is not blue. From a psychological stand point it'll make them question everything they believe in and instantly go into an alert/fight mode.
Takes time to truly understand. Or until your health calls for it.

Remember paneer especially so called malai paneer is full saturated fat and very dangerous. Don't take branded frozen paneer like Amul etc. Take fresh paneer which has less fat more protein
amul also has high protein paneer which has very low fat. Its your choice whether you want to buy high protein low fat paneer or malai paneer

@@aashimtaggar1800 there are thousands of studies that prove contradictory points. Anyone can literally cherry pick any study to prove their point. However, government agencies like WHO, ICMR, American heart associations etc. look at variety of researches before giving recommendations. These organisations have a group of hundreds of qualified doctors, researchers, scientists and specialists. Current WHO recommendation is not to eat saturated fat more than 20 grams per day. Also not to exceed dietary cholesterol more than 300 mg.

@@tanmaydas5757 The only good cholesterol our body needs is made by itself. If its coming from an outside source, it is always the bad cholesterol. Transfat and animal fat is never good for the human body. Carbohydrates turn into fat if you do not burn them or stay active. More fat in your body simply invites more problems. We have all been brainwashed about our nutrition choices, I also spent a lot of time figuring this out. Suggest you to do the same and read up more so you can come to your own conclusions

(1) For normal health - Normal food with Good amount of pulse and milk.
(2) If Gym: Add whey protein in Normal diet.
Additionally you can add food which contains Vitamin B12 & D, Calcium (because veg people has deficiency of B12, D and calcium)
Ranveer what kind of spirituality you follow? One side you show yourself a devotee of Hanuman you talk about yoga spritualism and on the other side you are promoting animal killing? Nutrition is important but not animal nutrition.... because they are just like us..kindy don't promote animal killing on your esteemed and spritual podcast room...
