@@ezenwaperfect No man, I'm South African. So i speak out of experience. Overpopulation over here is JUST AS BAD (as is the case in most African countries). It will never get better because the rest of the World will keep on funding, supplying and feeding, so the People who are living in poverty will just keep on breeding without any attempts at getting an education, or concerns on how their children will be clothed, fed and educated. In fact, i think they deliberately have as many children as possible in order to obtain these free hand outs. It's quite selfish to bring an innocent child into this world only for them to suffer. Over population = less jobs, little to no education, great shotrage on food and a significant increase in crime (as seen here in South Africa). What do our corrupt governments do, other than stealing money from its people? Absolutely nothing! They hand out free condoms thinking that will resolve the issue. They don't care about their own People, "let the world feed our people while we continue to steal from them". Those people need to be educated, laws needs to be implemented and enforced. Africa is actually very uninhabited and there is plenty of space. Only thing is we need better governments, food and infrastructure to accommodate for more people. Developed by ourselves and with minimal external influence & help. We should also stop taking any Aid as its been shown to not benefit us at all.

I live in a fairly affluent neighborhood in L.A. I drive two minutes up the street and find trash filled makeshit slums with alcoholics and drug addicts lying about, some of it within eyesight of multi-million dollar homes. Trust me, it's not hard to find.

Other nations can build affordable housing apartment complexes all types of things to house these people. It's amazing that the land not providing enough resources.

China's population growth is starting to go down......India should be the case study here. But Nigeria's total fertility rate is scary (5.3?) compared to India which is 2.1 as of 2021.

It is true that Nigeria does have the continent's biggest economy, and Lagos is projected to become the biggest metropolitan area in the world by 2100, with a population of around 88 million. However, as of 2022, Cairo is still Africa's largest metro.... for now....
in 2100, the world will be a third african, the death of actual diversity is coming if the non subsaharan africans don't protect their borders and therefore their ethnic groups.
