Woh butter koftey nahi hei woh Goshtaba tha…they are made of very fine minced meat (keema) which is pounded repeatedly and turned into almost like a paste…fir uss keema paste k koftey bann tey hei nd they are of two types Goshtaba and Rista…Goshtaba koftey are big in size and made in white curd gravy and yakhni while Rista Kofta are small in size and made in Red Chilli gravy….both dishes are awesome.
