How to make amala without lumps for beginners with the perfect measurement

- This is the measurement I use for making amala every time, but like I mentioned no two amala is the same.
2 cups of amala flour
2 cups of room temperature water
1 cup of hot water
3/4 cup more for final cooking

Thanks for your time and effort but when you say water, can you say what type like cold water, lukewarm or hot water and when you say stir, do you mean under heat at high or low temperature or just on the table/out of heat. Just a little more description will help. Thanks
Okay , thank you I will add subtitles to the video, the first water for mixing the flour is room temperature, just water from the tap, and it wasn’t on the heat at that time of , I added hot boiling water water then turned on the heat to medium heat.
