Sounds like Jess did the program but also incorporated a lot of different tools and approaches that were help from other sources. Somatics, top down, bottom up, joy, visualization, mindfulness etc…sometimes it takes a bunch of pieces all coming together ❤

But all the time she could go working, driving, etc and above all do the program?

Does this program help for trauma induced anxiety, which induced CFS? I’m looking for freedom from medications that don’t work and actually contributes to the fatigue. The tsunamis that hit me during and since my divorce from my narcissist spouse of 30 years, six years of him dragging me through court, and continuing to be on an ongoing mission to create distance from my precious grown children and grandchildren ever since is literally destroying me. He HAS to be the ONLY one of us our kids and grand babies love. He was like that during our entire marriage; jealous of my relationships with friends, my sisters, and even our kids… . I just cannot stop thinking about everything that’s happened; the lies and losses as a result of them have me so stuck in this agonizing space. I even called a suicide crisis line for the first time a couple of days ago. I’m 64. I am ready to walk into healing and freedom, without medications. It’s a matter of life or death for me. Can this help me?

I'm so sorry Susan. Completely understand. I'm pretty much the same! Trauma, Anxiety, CFS, CPTSD. My mother was a narcissist and my 'relationships,' (if that's what you can call them), just went from bad to worse. I think I have only come to full realisation now about why I lurched from one disaster to the next. I was so ill. I am just trying to work on myself so that I don't attract the wrong sorts of people again. It is the need to be "liked" or accepted that led me into a people pleasing state and into chronic fatigue. Stay strong! Just focus on YOU!! "You are important." I was told that once by a female police officer. 😩😪💞

      Hi Susan
I am not on the program but in my mid sixties and have benefited so much from all the free stuff Toby puts out there...podcasts on Baseline for recovery etc.
I too come from a background of chilhood emotional neglect and abuse and huge stresses in my adult life...
I have sought out professional support for the emotional healing and have used the CFS Recovery info as an addition to my healing from CFS / burnout.
You deserve and need support ....wishing you the best in finding your next steps to greater peace and wholeness.

Hey, thank you for sharing. I am really sorry to hear what you had to go through but I admire your strength and courage it had to take to decide to start the process of healing and to cut off the narcissistic abuse and manipulation. I personally think that the CFS Health Mentorship Program can really help you and that it’s worth the money. But I would recommend you to do simultaneously a trauma therapy. The program is really great but it doesn’t replace a good professional therapist who is definitely needed after so much trauma you had to go through. I am doing both the program and therapy and it is the ideal combination for me to recover. Therapy helps you to heal your deepest wounds that are the biggest roots for the suffering (in our cases for example) and the Program helps you with having structure, routine, a right approach to manage CFS symptoms and recovering from them and even helps you with your mindset along the way. e program also addresses trauma work but it is definitely not the same as seeing a good therapist that will do individual sessions with you. I wish you all the best and a lot of strength. You totally deserve to feel better and you will recover ❤️
