What is the Supreme Court doing? Shameful silence.
SC has no jurisdiction over the ECI. The constitution regards the ECI as an independent body and the SC cannot interfere in any way with the functioning of the ECI.

Whatever Kapil Sibal is doing after 2014 is worth appreciation and he deserves a lot for his efforts.
I haven't yet overcome the "arrogance the ghamand" seen on the faces of UPA team Lalu, Sibal, Mukharji, Chidambaram, Soniya during discussions in the parliament relating to the lokpal bill. These faces repeatedly stated that the house can not be directed or forced to make laws by people protesting or demanding on the roads. You were there because we sent you there, you forgot this very fact. The country paid the price. Your template of "parliament is paramount" is being repeatedly applied by these goons to churn out any bullshit every now and then and we the people can't do anything except getting beaten up by police forces with unprecedented brutality.
History can be written and rewritten by different people with different perspectives over and over, but one can not delete notions feelings deeds narratives from the memory of general public with any kind of efforts. The guy who did the drama of "walkout in the national interest" is no more alive,but time will judge his choices as well. No one wants a terror outfit originating out of Nagpur to run the nation but our bad experiences with better option haven't yet faded to such an extent that we could unanimously stand behind that grand old party. Sporadic support here and there is what you would get from the people of India, and that's exactly what you deserve for now.
It is a healthy and very fruitful discussion for making the common mass understand the political situation of our country which may lead to the chaotic situation of our society. So ECI should take appropriate and timely action for running smooth of our Election and thereby restrain the the spread of hatred among common masses.

If the SC, ECI and ED are alive, they must ask the PM to provide proofs and evidence regarding the tempo full black money given to Congress by Adani and Ambani or should be forced to resign.
It is right that the EC must be suspended for inaction and partiality shown to the ruling party. Anyhow the EC must be taken into task even after the election
Can these violations not be challenged in the Supreme court? Also the case of Surat and Indore? Who can or will do the same? If the INDIA Block comes to power, will the necessary reforms be made? We are hopeful that this government is likely to be defeated. Hope the new government takes care of such fundamental issues. Also the powers of ED, CBI and SEBI are also curtailed. Hope the common man is not harassed in the future like this regime did. We sincerely pray to God that this government or any such does not repeat in future. This is an eye opener for the future governments to make the rules clear and transparent.

Officers/Head of institutions i.e. election commission, ED, CBI are public servants, if any public servant is doing any illegal activities with malafide intention is called criminal activities. There is provision that any one can lodge FIR and can file writ in Hon'ble High courts/Supreme court to transfer investigation to CBI under the supervision of High Court or Supreme Court.If ED director is implicating innocent this is a serious crime he is also is liable for criminal activities.Appeal to the penalist to take legal action by filing writs .
