All those amazing windows on the back of the house are breathtaking, but the interior-even though it’s beautiful-didn’t live up to what I expected.
Finally somebody gets it right, indoor pool, not an outdoor pool in frozen land Canada.
For that price it needed an indoor and outdoor pool. Backyard landscaping is the pits.
We are used to swimming in frigid water up here. It doesn't get that cold in Vancouver anyway.

Why is there a fire place in the foyer where no one can enjoy it? Nicely decorated but not worth $26.7 mill. Some of the bedrooms are small and a basic stove.
I thought that too (the fireplace in the foyer) at first, but then I thought: For almost $30 million, why not? Looks impressive & I’ve seen tackier things in these mega-McMansion.
For your guests to gather by as they arrive for parties and you greet them, and again as they depart and you get their coats. It's a welcoming touch.
