No joke, three of my older siblings moved away to a town house and when I came to visit felt a little claustrophobic at the way it felt like one room was crammed into multiple rooms but I was also amazed at the economical layout of all the rooms and how the all fit in. The house I live in is quite big but a little bit of a wreck with cracks and subsidence from 100+ years ago

The way the owner puts the grand piano in a private room with connection to living room is really smart. When practice, they can close the door to not disturb surroundings and when performing, they can open the connecting doors to let everyone listen. It also proves that they know how to play, enjoy the grand piano and appreciate its value, not just put it as a decoration in a small corner against the wall or under the stairs as I see in some houses.

I think the interior designs should match the style of the house outside and this definitely does not. It looks cold and you feel kind of lonely upon looking at the interior. Any personality feels wiped out by the white walls and floors. If you can afford to buy the house you should also budget for an entirely new indoor redo.

I had high hopes for this house as the exterior looks so beautiful but the interior let’s it down it was dated felt cold it didn’t have that cosy feeling not somewhere you could call home. I would re-renovate the whole thing it’s got potential to being an really stunning house. I’m a year too late with this comment and probably has been sold by now lol.

2 factors. 1) he Canadian dollar isn't as strong as the American one so everything will cost slightly more. 2) Toronto is Canada's equivalent of NYC.
Wow what a beautiful house and the video was beautifully made. The house looks like its speaking on its own of the beautiful memories of the past. The music did full justice to this gorgeous house.
I’m guessing this house is on the market - but it has been staged badly with inappropriate furnishings, no rugs, no art on the walls, and nothing to help it seem like a valued home.
That house has not been staged. It's the residents furniture with maybe some small things added here and there. I could almost guarantee the owners are asian. How do I know? Because this is exactly what my family's house -that we recently sold - was 'staged' with lol

I agree that Asian design is more classically pure and sparse, but every Asian home I’ve built, lived in, and visited had exquisite art beautifully presented, Asian chests (Tansu and others) nestled in the seating areas, and ancient accent pieces along the interior walls and hallways between rooms. These mix well with English and French furnishings if desired. This house has none of this classic elegance. Sorry but it’s only my opinion.

I love these kind of houses. Elegant, silent sofistication. I can imagine myself putting my siut and sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine with my wife.
The interior is the perfect combination between classical and modern, it has a lot of modern stuff het it still looks and feels classical, it still has that charm

I felt the staging was great of the furniture and artwork and paint colours but the shampoo left out for view and "Jason" brand moisturizer in the bathroom of a prestige house was incredible.
