At first I was like how is this property made mostly out of glass gonna Ensure I have privacy lol. Then I saw the greens surrounding it from the garage to the main door I was like this is it, I’m gonna save up and and maybe one day I can build a lego version of this.

Up keep is easily over $200,000 a year including property tax. A Real Estate agent on another channel was kind enough to not only show a beautiful home but break down the costs. Pretty eye opening.

There was almost no information shown in that video, other than someone really really enjoying their editing job, which is to not allow a single feature/room/interesting thing of that house being on screen for more than 3 seconds. Quick. How many rooms does this place have? How big is the lot? Does it have lake side access? How many baths? How many floors? Literally nothing informative about that video. It's just real estate porn fluff.

A wonderfully beautiful home. The architecture, the decor are elegant and modern. The beautiful outdoors come inside with the windows and small atriums. The landscaping is as tranquil as anything I've seen. I loved it all.
One dislike, I would thought it would have a guest wing and maybe indoor pool( this is Vancouver) for this price point. Other than that, truly an one of kind stand out property.

WOW!!! Why is it this feels warm and inviting and other homes/properties of this price range are cold - sterile and completely uninviting. As if to say - that is how the home owner is... And, I love how the kitchen is "out in the open". Here in S. Korea, the kitchens seem to be a dirty word - weird - so they (yes, they) are tucked away with a wine bar out front and the "kitchen" hidden behind a wall for no one to see... Sad, cause I love cooking over ordering/eating out....

It definitely is, we also had interviewed the architect firm and there was a lot of early planning involved in the landscape design and implementing everything into this one cohesive estate.

Thank -You. Scrolling down and reading comments first... What some people are not considering is the land value . The homes are very pretty, some are state are of art and some are not. Vancouver was a place to live once upon a time ,until the foreign buyers took over the purchasing of real estate now the average income people can not afford to live in the city that they were born in...

The family lives in the home so, we didn't show some of the rooms due to the family having their belongings there :) Lots of lego and toys and etc, hehe. :)

Okay I know the video was shot and edited in such a way to make it feel grand and amazing...but it actually IS grand and amazing. That is one beautiful house (practicality concerns aside). Seems like it's a better fit for tropical locations though, since the spaces and materials seem cool enough, but heating wouldn't be an issue in hot climate.
It definitely is, simply stunning. Definitely one of our favorites of 2019.
