- In this video we changed the thermostat and water pump assembly on a skoda superb which has a Ea888 1.8 TSI engine .
this process and part both are same for almost all the 1.8 and 2.0 TSI engines across audi , skoda and volkswagen cars
quite a common failure point due to the proximity of liquid to the electronics

Sir it was an OEM part , Schaeffler INA produces the part for VW group , as OE was not available so i got the OEM ,
OE was around 38000 and i got the OEM in 18500 ( waterpump + union + seals ) included .
Will definitely make more videos to help everyone .
My 2013 1.6 vento getting this tak tak sound noise while accelerating and huge smoke getting out
Due this i recently changed the turbo core but the complaint remain same before there was black smoke now its like grey smoke only that difference

Most probably an injector is stuck , leaking to much fuel inside

Meri vw vento 1.6 car hai iske shocker mount 800km chalne ke baad baith gaye ? Aur right side ke shocker ke mount ke uper lagne wali plate bhi apni jagah se khisak gayi hai .ab kya karna chahiye
Aur isme transmission oil kis grade ka aur kis company ka dalna chahiye
Sir mounts around 2000 km chalne ke baad baithte hai , Normal hai . Bus kii noise nahi honi chaiye
