Two things I pick up on is A. how much Michael loves to amuse and entertain his son, and B. how intently Jack listens to his Dad when he is telling a story. Really special.
Yes and that everything is in the name of banter and they both know it. They would never truly hurt each other or ever would go too far. They clearly are also close, where they can talk to each, entertain each other and tell stories etc. They truly care for each other and that's lovely to see :)

Everyone goes on about jack calling his parents mummy and Daddy at his age I don't see anything wrong with it..... I'm not posh but I call my parents mammy and Daddy all the time I'm 35 and I'm Irish why do people think it's strange though?!
