I never get these messages on Xbox. Only on PSN. Maybe it’s because these people have all their social media sites tied to their Xbox account? I don’t, and I don’t on my PSN account, but I only get these messages on PS.

I just erase the spam emails from my Microsoft outlook personal email account. I also have life lock 🔐. Problem solved.
