I was ever a generation behind: I was only 1 when this came out and I remember playing N64 before I got my PS2; by that time PS3 was out and I didn't play that system until 2012 when the PS4 was about to launch. Nowdays I bought myself a gaming PC but...who knows, maybe I go back to consoles when I can afford them.

As a longtime PlayStation fan, it would suck if they only had the digital version. Because I have disc games still. Which means my games would not carryover.

I only buy physical copies of games.

I have never felt this happy and sad watching a video. Simpler, better times. Would give anything to go back.

It would be pretty shady if they don't have a PS5 Pro with a disc drive and make you spend more to buy the disc drive separately. It is obvious that it uses the same exact drive and plates as the slim.

The disc drive being sold seperate is not weird or bad at all. Its gives the consumer more options if they want to buy disc later. Its fine

Personally, i find things such as, is it going to have 1TB or 2TB SSD, or will it have the "old" DualSense or the new controller included more important, cause, it seems, with the Pro you can always upgrade it later on with a portable disc drive like the og PS5.

I see zero point in a digital only Pro everyone that's been waiting is waiting to buy cheaper not a Pro version and everyone that's actually a Hardcore PS gamer already owns the OG one with a Disc! And if you already have games on disc you ain't gonna buy a digital only console.

If the PS5 pro is only digital it's fine because that's the way things are going which is good because you no longer have to worry about breaking games or finding a place to put them when you're done playing it just delete them from your hard drive And there is no disk drive bet will break down eventually
