Factory Entertainment Star Trek TNG Dustbuster Phaser with ACCURATE BUTTONS!!!

Just received my Factory Entertainment Star Trek: The Next Generation “dustbuster” phaser and am quite impressed! That said, as TNG’s screen-used dustbuster phasers used a printed graphic for the settings buttons (yes, including the hero units), I decided to see if the graphic that’s included with Stapleton’s dustbuster kit would fit over the buttons of the Factory Entertainment version.
Spoiler alert: THEY DO!
Also, the ultra-bright (i.e. too-bright) LEDs are made much more realistic when illuminated through the graphic. Win-win!
Note: In case you’re curious, Stapleton’s dustbuster kit is essentially identical to the Roddenberry/HMS version.

It's been my childhood dream to own a Dustbuster phaser, and I'm all for show/screen-used accuracy and all but I actually would want a phaser with working lights and sounds, physical buttons and all. I would think if TNG (a reboot of it even?) was being produced today, they would be using the phasers with functional lights and sounds but MAYBE, just maybe, if I were after a screen-cast static prop just for display, then I may want those stickers for the sake of show accuracy.
EDIT: Seeing how bright the light is that shows the setting the phaser is on, I don't think having the sticker on it is a bad idea after all. The light is way too bright and plus the show prop has 10 settings. The FE version seems to have only eight. Other than that, great review video all in all.

These really shouldnt be such a rarity , i blame playmates toys and paramount marketing department , , ,dust buster phasers were the first 3 seasons , , they should have produced a mega bunch of these , , ,i mean take lucas arts , there is a ton of telescoping "Light-sabers"" for a long long time now , they better supply SW fans , ,too bad paramount and playmates aren't smart enough to follow their example , ,🤔😔🤔🤔
