I think it’s important for everybody to put Chris’ situation in context. Perhaps he brought his daughters to therapy with him because they also witness their famous father get assaulted on national television and had to go to school the next day. If my dad got hit in a parking lot in front of a lot of people that I knew when I was young, that would be devastating and having to go back to school and deal with the responses of teachers as well as kids, and their parents was probably challenging for them as children.
Of course therapy is needed for the family. This was a very traumatic event: the slap heard around the world. I see him as being responsible not "soft".

I think it’s important for everybody to put Chris’ situation in context. Perhaps he brought his daughters to therapy with him because they also witness their famous father get assaulted on national television and had to go to school the next day. If my dad got hit in a parking lot in front of a lot of people that I knew when I was young, that would be devastating and having to go back to school and deal with the responses of teachers as well as kids, and their parents was probably challenging for them as children.
Of course therapy is needed for the family. This was a very traumatic event: the slap heard around the world. I see him as being responsible not "soft".
