I am with Claudia on this one! And this is coming from a black gay male who is proud of my community and who also has protested many times for the LGBTQ+ community. I’ve also protested for BLM way before it was popular to do so…definitely before it became so commercialized. However, I am so sick of transwomen wanted to be considered as natural born women when they are simply not. My dad had breast cancer. He lost 2 sisters to it. He is the eldest of his siblings. Neither my grandma or grandad had breast cancer. He was diagnosed over 10 years ago. Completed chemo and is still alive and well. He is almost 80 years old. He lives in Tifton, Ga.

We need to respectively disagree when needed and not throw these dangerous terms out there like that. Claudia baby you handled that highly unnecessary accusation from Q, like a PRO. You handled that with eloquence and poise. That’s a very dangerous accusation to throw at someone, especially in entertainment, when you know how easy that community gets people canceled. Q, handled that conversation on the defense and is text book example of why many people feel that community wants privilege over equality. Having an opinion should not label someone homophobic. I was really disappointed in Q, this time.

In terms of our beloved Monica, she is also highly respected as a REAL TALENT by the broad urban audience. For our era, Monica is LOVED! If she develops a unique clothing line, or champagne line, I think Monica would enter a new era and go to new heights. Those products have to be her choice -- just suggestions of course. But, I think Monica is a new place to take her career to another level beyond music - but in something a little different -- a different product.
