Yes it did.... For tearing the tops off.... instead of stalling mid-face on waves that AREN'T breaking top to bottom. There wasn't a single hard bottom turn, nor an off the top. It was 100% mid-face hopeless tube attempts.

Wow, 8-12 ft, offshore wind, barrels and no hotdog pros. Regular good surfers. On the downside, looks chilly, too much wind but still special.
