I am 100% about that dog bed for humans - I have worked enough late nights at my labs that the idea that I could just plop down in a breakroom for 20 minutes and get some meaningful rest is genuinely magical.
I assumed they would only be selling to furries.
The fact that it is flexible and foldable makes it a better beanbag.
I hope you aren’t working in a lab that works on human patient samples, exhaustion+work= mistake = patient redraw + meeting with EH&S/ meeting with supervisors.
They already have really good automated blow up mattresses that cost less than $50 and are more portable with better support!

It's perfect for students who do allnighters in the library and dont want to lose their spot but outside of that, I don't think it would have much use as ppl usually go to their car to nap if they can.
Can we just appreciate the sharks on that last offer? They are so rich but kevin saying that 40k$ is a lot of money and in general they knew who they were talking to. He wasn't going to invent a new category or make millions of dollars. A side project for someone who has led a life and just wants to pursue their passion. Thats really nice

@@enriko__ I think because to really sell they would have to lower their price and then that cuts into it. That would be my not wanting to take a royalty deal. Also, the in perpetuity part never made sense to me.

I think plufl not only looks insanely comfy but also it could be like a novelty/gag gift for pet owners. My sister has 3 cats and has little beds for all of them, why not one for herself too? Initially it’s like shock value for them and then you also get to enjoy their reaction but then when they feel how comfortable it is, it becomes a legitimately great gift.

Hi, yes! It is now anti fog. We redesigned a few things and anti fog was 1 of them! John was a tad sweaty in the tank vs being outside feeding hummingbirds...hahaha!

The last one is a Great idea but , Anyone can make it with a visor , epoxy and flowers from humming bird feeders . for much much less than 60$ . honestly if it cost 10$ to make , 30$ is well enough and more affordable ( Hard to market something anyone can make easily no special skills required ) so good luck on that one
