When I was a little girl I really liked this dance, learned it and taught my friends too from my ballet group haha this video made me some good memories

Our theme for the production was 'Africa' and everyone adored it thanks to the enthusiasm of the parents who danced and because of your wonderful moves. Thank you for sharing - and we all lost a few pounds in the process which was an added bonus :-)
This was my first hard zumba dance song. I keep on dancing it 'cause it's great. I pushed myself so much than even shed some tears trying to follow all the steps. I've lost 25 pounds with this and other rutines. Thank you so much for your rutine and the others you're in my "zumba daily list". I just started zumba workouts today, it's very difficult but I really enjoy it! So much fun! Saving this video for some dancing at home!
Beto Perez, the creator of Zumba released a video several years ago called; "Zumba 101 Can't Dance?" is for absolute beginners. It helped me get the hang of the dance steps much easier than trying to follow along in a class. It has 2 chapters: chapter 1 is the instructional to all the steps. Chapter 2 is the actual workout. It's tons of fun and works up quite a sweat! I found it at Walmart but amazon.com and many other online sites sell it too. I do it on our balcony because I have 2 babies and can't take them to a Zumba class and must look like nuts but hey! 10pounds in 2 months just doing Zumba 15-60 minutes everyday and cutting out sugary food lowering the carbs can't knock it!!
