- Yo Yo Yo! It is the most exciting of times in our household as we await the arrival of our little one and get ready for championship season. This is a homestyle video showing what is going on and a true look inside our lives and minds as we prepare. We have no idea what will happen so everything is as much a surprise to us as it is to you! Please share the word if you like it.

I swam throughout both of my pregnancies and did 2500 yds. the morning I went into labor. Sending wishes for an easy and fast labor for Lara! I'm crossing fingers that Leo makes his arrival this week....
First of all. Lara you look gorgeous! I remembered from both my sons early pregnancy time when walking with my wife, how it feels great to knew that there is a baby in a belly and no one else knows that there inside is a new life growing. That were super special moments. And off course 2x labor were the most beautiful moments. A lot of pain, stress, but the best pure joy when babies are here. Good luck and all the best Sam & Lara. The best decision to have Grandma and other family members to stay with you and help. First weeks could be difficult but with someone experienced all will be great.♥️♥️
Happy for you Sam, for you to recognize that life is full and stay in the moment is a gift!

Lara looks beautiful!! I remember when I had a 53 inch waist at the very end, and how "unfit" I felt! All those feelings go out the window once you look at that new baby! It's a very exciting time for you both!! Enjoy!

You’ve got a lot going on, but time with family is so important right now. I know tri is your passion, but this is an amazing experience. Try to continue to be present physically and emotionally. Take it all in. You said it best; life is so good. I truly hope you’re soaking in all of these moments and the ones to come. You're adorable and have the right perspective on this baby thing. :D Praying for you guys and I too, understand having to step back and let go of Milwaukee this year as it just doesn't fit into the calendar (I qualified for AG Nationals!)...but I'm most especially bummed not to have opportunity to watch all of you rock stars at the PTO US open! Awesome video Sam! Cant imagine the excitement you are feeling right now for Leo to come. Would be cool to hear about your current plan for Milwaukee in terms of logistics and reasoning behind it! (like the multiple possible scenarios. Would Lara be flying to Milwaukee and potentially delivering there? Or is she staying and you will be staying with her until a potential last minute flight to Milwaukee?)

At the end was the bike stand the $70 one from Amazon? Also, i thought u need to mount carbon bikes in stands by the seat post
I’m not sure…one of Lara’s ex boy friends got it for her haha. And yes, that is correct. However in this instance I am just using it to loosely hold the bike so it’s not tightened too hard
Just remember to be nice to the Anesthesiologist in case you need a C-Section and or an epidermal. What did you end up doing for the 2nd swim practice?
