- Yo Yo Yo! Seems like today is the day of arrival. This video walks you through a few days before...which is really a big waiting game of being anxious and excited for things to get going. Then things start and it is so exciting. We take you up to the early stages of labor and the water breaking and the rest remains to be seen. I pack my bags in case I make it to the PTO US open.
Good luck. It's a magical moment when a baby takes their first breath in one's arms. Everything else seems less important after that.
Thanks so much for allowing us to be part of your journey. Huge fan and triathlete here. My wife and I are heading to the hospital to deliver as well today. Felt really cool to follow along while experiencing the same thing. Good luck to you, Lara and Baby Long. YOYOYO
