Nissan RB26 cam journal repair

Nissan RB26 cylinder head repair. The front cam journal on this Nissan GTR head has picked up and scored the front exhaust cam journal. In this video i show how i go about repairing it. I work for a Engine Reconditioning Shop called Caraid in Christchurch New Zealand.

Do you make the boring bar bushings out of aluminum and just oil them?

I would think about $1000. Probably cheaper to find another head.
