  • Just in time for Valentine's Day, I'll show you my latest fusion of Indian and Italian flavors. Gnocchi alla Korma is a rich, creamy cashew korma paired rather unexpectedly with crispy sage butter gnocchi, and topped with sage leaves and brown butter. I'll how you all the steps on how to make gnocchi and add in the right ingredients for a meal you never knew you wanted... until now. The flavors go together so well you'll never want to stop eating this dish.

I made this yesterday for dinner and it was great! You really are underrated, I hope more people will realize this (I was intrigued by your collab with Andong).
As a vegetarian, I of course would like to see some more vegetarian meals as well but either way, quality content you have there!

I have tried pasta with Tikka Sauce, Makhani Sauce, Spinach Sauce. It is amazing. Dal Dhokali is a Guajarati dish which can be classified as Pasta. Its spicy and savoury dish, a must try

Finally a man who knows to only fry whole spices in direct heat. Bravo!

I have actually made a similar fusion dish. Mine was a tomato curry with Mascarpone with homemade gnocchi. It was delicious 😋

I don't know how you come up with the combos you do, but I would kill to be a guest at your dinner table. 😳😍😂

Very intriguing. The gnocchi kind of looks like paneer in this recipe

absolutely incredible, you are so right, this fusion is the next big thing.
I think you could have switched the yoghurt for a soft Italian cheese, say, ricotta or mascarpone but still stunning regardless

@@KevinAllOver If i'm being entirely honest with you, your channel feels like it's corporate backed. Reading that comment makes me feel like i'm speaking with a social media manager and not a casual person. Just because it feels corporate doesn't mean it's bad though, and that's not the only reason it feels that way to me, but the content is genuinely interesting and useful. I'm not sure if that helps at all.

Interesting. That's just my style I guess. It's hard for me to pretend to be someone I'm not.

@@KevinAllOver I didn't mean it as a bad thing. It might help if you abuse a lot of the common traffic gathering tricks, like posting polls, encouraging discussions/replies in the comments, etc. It just seems like you need a lucky break and the channel should take off.

Awesome! Something that can stand up to the boldness of the Indian spices. Maybe sauteed broccoli rabe with garlic, or roasted brussels sprouts.
