When I was 11 years old to 23 years old. I had a cat that did trusted me the most. He did loved his belly rubs on my belly. He was very sweet and friendly towards my sister and both of my parents in a different way. He liked to chill in one of these box shaped coffee tables in the living room. I even remembered of him sleeping with me a little bit in November 1993 when I had a bad cold. He was under the covers with me between my arms liked a stuffed toy. He was my best friend for a long time. He did exposed his tummy with paws curled up near his chest and even a big relaxed smile on his face. I first met him when he was a stray cat in late September 1981. It took a month and a half to adopted him inside of our home. I even remembered my 6th grade teacher told me to be careful with a stray cat . I wasn’t careful with him because he was so sweet and friendly cat. He was also very gentle cat,too. When he was a stray that I named him Roughneck but, when he was adopted it was shortened towards Ruffy for being a big sweetie by my mother. She did fell in loved with him. It was my fault on being friendly towards him. I was so lucky to had him in part of my life. We even had another cat that did became friends with him. Both cats were American shorthair red tabbies. The 1st cat was named Morris.
What a beautiful story! ❤️ It sounds like Ruffy was an incredible companion who brought so much joy and love into your life. From belly rubs to cuddles when you were sick, he truly was a special cat. My cat had all her litters of kittens in my room except for one litter she had in a closet...but she brought her babies in my room right next to my bed near me...she even let me touch her babies and hold them
If your cat is going to have babies you are an irresponsible pet owner in my opinion. There are far too many being put down daily because they are overpopulated. People need to be responsible and spay & neuter their pets! Yes it would be so nice to see if one of my cats would allow me with their babies or how they would act but I will never know. Mine, all 7 are fixed. I rescued, rescued, rescued from terrible situations.
