I work a Corporate job in a supervisor role. It's a cushy remote office job so I can't say it's too strenuous but it's mentally taxing to resolve issues remotely and provide assistance to your team. However, unless I have something debilitating, Im working. DSP is home playing games all day, doesn't have to worry about how his decisions affect anyone else, works his own hours, takes as many breaks as he wants and insults his viewers all the while crying for pity bucks due to a cold. DSP would not last in the real world.
I'm a diabetic and if my blood glucose levels are crashing, I "sweat' (I feel sweat all over me and on my bedsheets, but this isn't real.), and have messed up imagery in my head. Also, I'm stuck in an endless loop convincing myself I don't need to check. It often gets to point that when I do get up, I seriously do not know where I am or what day it is. This all restores itself back to normal if I correct the levels with sugar, but it's always messed up. So, maybe Dave is falling into diabetes, which I wouldn't even wish upon my worst enemy.

I went in to work today and pulled a full 8hr shift getting some HVAC units powered up at a local HS. I’ve had a sore throat since Sunday, and occasionally when you’re working in construction you have to holler or at least be able to speak loudly. I simply had a ton of Ricola in my pocket and powered through, then went to the doctors after work. Phil on the other hand doesn’t have a job, and the “hobby” that he does isn’t something he does that people rely on him for. Society isn’t going to be noticeably impacted if Dave stops streaming. I’m just exasperated because of course he would use this as an excuse for another begment. I don’t even get upset or anything over him, I’m just continually disappointed and occasionally annoyed.

I went in to work today and pulled a full 8hr shift getting some HVAC units powered up at a local HS. I’ve had a sore throat since Sunday, and occasionally when you’re working in construction you have to holler or at least be able to speak loudly. I simply had a ton of Ricola in my pocket and powered through, then went to the doctors after work.
Phil on the other hand doesn’t have a job, and the “hobby” that he does isn’t something he does that people rely on him for. Society isn’t going to be noticeably impacted if Dave stops streaming.
I’m just exasperated because of course he would use this as an excuse for another begment. I don’t even get upset or anything over him, I’m just continually disappointed and occasionally annoyed.
So he's not even going to hand out those free games on his Halloween marathon that he cancelled.

Watching a 40 something old man complain he has a cold and still has to go to work playing video games is somehow entertaining. He must of said he was sick every 30 seconds. He's treating his cold as a sales event. Doint forget to give I'm really sick, my back, my feet are cold my drip im really sick i shouldnt be here. lol
What does one expect when one sits 5+ hours in a room that's hasn't been cleaned in two years since the ear infection (which, need I remind anyone, was caused by not cleaning his headphones regularly).

I don’t think he has a fever from a mild cold that he may or may not have, and he is SO excited to have something to complain about. I would bet money he is faking. However, fever dreams are absolutely a real thing, ‘fever dream’ is even a common phrase for this reason.

At times watching DSP is amazing. Amazing to see a grown body encasing a childs mind. He acts like errands are some crazy thing that is really difficult to do.
All of his complaints, all of his stressors, all of his daily comments about life are LITERALLY normal everyday happenings for any able bodied adult.
He never grew up. Listening to him exaggerate as he lays out his weekly "to do" list and such is akin to listening to a third grader explain how tough their homework is.

He was trying to emulate the same level a lot of female Twitch and OF streamers do when trying to showcase clothing in a provocative way, yet has delusions of grandeur (or as Phil says, "GRAN-DOOR") to think both his looks and internet personality come close to these dolled-up female streamers. It begs the question as to why anyone would pay to watch this washed-up 40+ yo guy put clothes on when there are actual good looking female models who'll give better value either showcasing cosplay outfits or taking their clothes off, or people taking shirts off in an ironic comedic way.

5:38 Surface filters like you have in your HVAC will do the same thing regardless of the price. The only thing you pay for is a brand name. Just get the cheap ones, save your self a lot of money. This came from a HVAC guy for the record.
