I got the Jedi Training Rey, Ep. 7 Kylo Ren (masked), Ep. 8 Kylo Ren (unmasked), and my personal favorite and very first Black Series figure 40th anniversary Darth Vader, who is still my favorite one out the bunch.
That Vader was my number 1 figure of 2017. Such a good figure.

I think Rey is awesome, humble and cool character. How can anyone wouldn't love her? The sculpt is really amazing! This is a real redemption from Hasbro. I have the first version of Rey and dam that figure, it looks really crappy. I'm really on this figure. I'm also eager to get the new version of Anakin and Padme head sculpt. Great video btw. I'm subscribing. I always like to see reviews before buying and you do it pretty cool and fun to watch.

I like Rey, and the rest of the black series but I wish they'd make a 6" Galen Marek(Force unleashed was one of my childhood games aside from the original BF 1 and 2) (I also know they made a 3.75" starkiller but you can get so much detail in a six inch black series figure)

Mike Kaess agreed, honestly I wouldn't mind any different troopers like an arc trooper because I think they have done pretty much every stormtrooper aside from the scout trooper I think but Galen marek I would buy as soon as I could get a chance because I mean with the technology they are using now they could get his face just right and thinking of that brings a tear to my eye sadly if they don't than that'd be pretty upsetting

That photo real (or whatever they call it) digital face painting technology looks pretty damn good! Asking for mail is asking for trouble, who knows what us crazies, I mean those crazies will send you......

Yep she's a good figure :) enjoyed the review. Oh in case anyone missed toysrus are clearing out with a big sale hoping to score the figures I missed if the prices are right, bummer about the company going under. Just thought I'd mention it if it helps anyone out.
yeah Zach and I are planning on heading there one final time together. We're not expecting much, but we'll film it either way.
Just got the regular jedi training rey for 11 euros on amazon (low price because the box was slightly damaged and I don't care because I was planning on opening it ) and I love her ! Got Thrawn too brand new for 20 euros (this one will remain boxed) and tomorrow I'm gonna hit the closest toys r us to check what they have left ! You sir gave me the black series virus !

Mike Kaess I did my own hunt toys and I found Commander Gree for 25€, Hovertank Pilot for 12€ and Darth Vader 40th anniversary with the big useless stand for 30€ ! There were a empire death star dude with a helmet 40th anniversary for 30€ between lots of leia but I left him, not really a good price/character. That's it !
Well I finally broke down and bought her. Gonna display her handing Luke(ahk-to) his saber.

There was a time I would have agreed with you, and maybe that’s true for this toy. But now that I have a hot toys with a face sculpt, I am floored by its quality.

With the new face tech going on, I really hope they stop giving us 5 or 6 versions of the main characters and start focusing on all the others we have nothing for.... I don't want 4 Kylo Rens or 6 Young Solo's.

I missed this, I used to rewatch this whilst posing around my figure. Too bad my ex wanted her & the unmasked Kylo so I gave it to her as a gift and I don't know if she threw all the things I gave her like she threatened to do or if she gave em back along with some of the things I asked her to look over when I left my home country, also Hi Mike

I got real excited when I saw yer name at the black series group 🙏🏽
I really dig this figure. I bought another Rey(My Black Series Rey's can now almost have full 5 on 5 hoops scrimmages now) specifically to stand on the base that came with the Target exclusive Old Man Luke. Maybe I'm incompetent but I absolutely cannot get her to stand on that base for very long. Every day I come home and she's facedown on the shelf.
I didn’t have a hard time getting her to stand on mine, but the Krait Rey will not stand on her Krait base for anything.
Mike Kaess I have the exact opposite situation. Lol. Krait Rey is unshakeable. Island Rey apparently has equilibrium issues.

In my opinion the last Jedi wasn’t that bad I️ get there was some horrible scene like the canto bight scene and the Superman Leia thing it was cool to finally see Leia do something cool. But good video mike
I agree that the Leia seen felt a little silly. But I agree with you, it was cool to see Leia actually do something in a movie with the force.
I hoped that Hasbro would have made -better Rey- Jaina's elbow technology standard, since it had the posability of an actual human's arm without compromising the aesthetics with double joints and pins. Otherwise, I'm looking forward to her arrival.
I agree. Janina’s articulation was amazing. They really should make that the standard.

I like episode eight and Rey. I didn't pick this figure up because I've gotten kind of selective with the Black Series figures. I've fallen down the Figuarts hole... God help me. BTW, thanks for renewing my interest in Transformers with your Bots and Shots show. My Maketoys Howling Meteor should be here tomorrow, what's your opinion on that one?

Dude, I had the exact same crit on this one regarding the arm gloves! My guess is they re-used the mold from her previous Jakku version, but seems odd they'd try to save just a tiny bit of cash given everything else they did on it. Otherwise it's an awesome figure, perhaps the best Rey out there! I'm trying to figure out a way to mod the gloves with some really thin felt or something.
She is the best out there right now, but it’s a weird detail to leave out. It’s clearly to try to save money.
Agreed, and yet they included a ton of accessories including soft goods and a removable vest that's even sculpted on the inside! I'm ultimately not complaining. This one just came sooo close to being basically the perfect Black Series figure.

I really like how you added a running joke by adding the "adventure" mishap again. Feels like a payoff for watching every video. Totally agree that double jointed elbows would help this line. That face is perfect for $20 though. Great watch Mike!

Arm gloves? Slash - destroyed now saber ala tug o war with Kylo. I agree the gun is cooler. DS is great. It is strong 4. Can this head pop on the figure that came with the Speeder?

IThey're stepping up their game (Hasbro) but they're not hitting the SH Figuart's quality line. They're not too far, but they're not there yet.
I think the figure as a whole is clearly not Figuarts quality, but the face sculpt is getting super close.

I think that’s a very level headed view. Even if you didn’t like the movie, it’s good to be able to acknowledge a good figure from it.

Redfire Gaming I've gotten mine, its pretty good just the fact that you have to be careful taking the range finder out because they messed up on that part and I don't think you wanna bend the rangefinder so I had to cut it out with scissors
