Workout ideas - all you need is a kettlebell (or do you)

  • I posted a post workout image on instagram the other day. The workout was 500 kettlebell swings, but every 50 reps you do;
    -10 press ups
    -20 Body Weight Squats
    -20 Butterfly sit Ups
    Got a few questions about the workout so I thought id get them answered in a quick video and give some ideas for different scale options.
