      @@roseberry9874I’m a Vietnamese, working as a school teacher, and there are some answers from what I can gather:
      - Bigger language centers usually prefer someone with American / British or Aussie accent because they really want to train students into speaking/listening in those accents (which IMO, is kind of unnecessary). So it can be a bit frustrating to get into one.
      - Smaller language centers that do school link programs with schools will definitively appreciate non-Anglophone people, because their primary goal is just to get students get used to English. I recommend applying for places that have programs with elementary schools, cause kids generally really love foreign English teachers, especially if you have a good sense of humour and can make them enjoy the class. I used to work with a South African guy in my old elementary school and he’s a really nice guy. Also back in the days in high school, one of my teachers was Filipino and one was Russian, so I guess it’s much more lenient in public schools.
