This message needs to be shared in every church meeting and conference around the world! I’m on the field in Myanmar where there are still 53 unreached people groups. We need 53 Christians to come here and help disciple in each of the groups!

David has such passion for reaching people for God! We need more like him in pulpits throughout the world! I've learned and enjoyed every sermon God presented through David that I've seen! God is and will definitely bless him as he brings God's ministry to others!
Many thanks to the organizers of this conference for putting this on CZcams! God bless you all and God's ministry through you!
I signed up for the "unreached of the day" email reminder, I promise you, David, and I promise God to pray daily for them to receive the gospel of Jesus Christ very soon!

While I would encourage anyone who senses God's call for the foreign mission field, it is worth recognising that there are 100's of thousands of people in the United Kingdom who have never heard the Gospel, there are churchgoers here who have never heard the Gospel. There is not even one FIEC (fellowship of independent evangelical chuches) church in a 10 mile radius of Durham city centre. Mission starts with every believer taking courage and telling those around them the good news, courage that I certainly lack.

But as Dr. Platt says - those people in the UK are not "unreached". 10 miles to the nearest gospel preaching church is quite different than, "no one in your country has ever heard of Christ".

This is why God calls different people to go to different places, as the Spirit leads.

Him, Chandler, Mark Driscoll, Perry Nobel, Steven Furtick, the whole Elephant Room crowd are a bunch of frauds.

I'm confused, I thought James White, Phil Johnson, Josh Buice and Voddie did pre conference talks on there stance against the social justice movement in the church and then they are sharing a conference stage with David Platt who is pushing this social justice ideology.

Letting some of these men speak for themselves:
      Phil Johnson - romans45.org/misc/scg3.pdf
      Josh Buice - czcams.com/video/R5HX_ujWQQs/video.html & czcams.com/video/le6nntEF0-c/video.html
      Hope that helps :)

Nick Mattei: Whether these men agree with David Platt or not on social justice ideology, whether I agree with him or not on these matters (and I do not over what he said last year on these matters), I have listened to his preaching of the gospel and can find no error in his doctrine of God, Jesus Christ, the Holy Spirit, man and salvation. On that basis, we are bound to show grace and love (Romans 12, 1 John, 1 Corinthians 13) and to set aside non-essential matters as we show the love of God to us and through us, first and foremost, with one another in the faith. If we cannot do that, we have no Gospel to preach worth listening to. Many would disagree over what is essential and what is not, but I think James White, Phil Johnson, Josh Buice and Voddie Baucham all are godly men and unite on the side of humility and love for a brother. Let us not stir up strife.

@@rdwntheology2927 Thank you for those resources. I understand where Phil Johnson is coming from. I think many Christians have been awakened to the numerous deceptions and compromises in American Christianity and are justifiably skeptical when they see things like what I had mentioned. So I am trying to find a balance. We as Christians walk on a knifes edge between two extremes of schism and ecumenism and in this day and age the challenge is exceedingly difficult. I don't want to rail against people or stir strife, but I also want to have my guard up and be alert and sober minded .

@@rebalspirit Thank you for your advice. As I said to Christopher, I think many Christians have been awakened to the numerous deceptions and compromises in American Christianity and are justifiably skeptical when they see things like what I had mentioned. So I am trying to find a balance. We as Christians walk on a knife's edge between the two extremes of schism and ecumenism and in this day and age the challenge to remain balanced is exceedingly difficult. I don't want to rail against people or stir strife, but I also want to have my guard up and be alert and sober minded, especially when this social justice ideology has the potential to effect central doctrines of the the faith. I hope that makes sense. I greatly respect James White and Voddie Baucham and have very much benefited from the ministries.
