This gives me hope that my theory of Hush being created by E’Laetum & Min’Ara (and then released with Avior, hence him _hearing_ Hush) and Blake, being whatever he’s about to become, is the _brother_ 🤞
…and that Hush _remembers_ Vega because he was created with a piece of E&M and he’s actually seeing their memories 🤷♀️

There’s a place in the Bible about a man with a crazy amount demons and because back during those times, Jewish culture said you had to speak the name of the demon to cast it out so when they would ask its name, it said we are legion basically just was just a way to say that we are multiple without giving the actual names of every single one of them out so according to Jewish culture, (not according to the old testament btw so 🤷♀️)they could not be cast out (spoiler alert THEY WERE CAST OUT ANYWAY💃🙌👏🏃♀️💨)
I remember when I started listening to Redacted to distract my brain so I could fall asleep at night and now I sit here staring into the darkness of my room, jaw practically unhinged, squirming uncomfortably, the sounds coming from my headphones evoking horrible feelings as my mind helplessly tries to connect the dots.

Holy shit, I was wondering what the vampire-seer connection was and how and when it was coming to play.
So Blake will be a vessel for the Sovereigns and Hush is the spellsong and Avior is/will become something for the Sovereigns in the Meridian. And Hush will probs work with Vega and they will all come together and and and
I can't wait for the next parts and the reveals. I have no idea where this will lead

0:31 - Blake says he is here to offer himself to D’Deridahn, and the Sovereign seems to imply that Blake never had any choice in the matter. He is there because they always planned for him to be, and he has simply obeyed their will.
1:02 - D’Deridahn is the face and voice of the Drove - of all of the Sovereigns who have melded together over time.
1:11 - The Sovereigns have been altering the future Blake was seeing about his lover, but apparently he is not the only Seer they have been doing this to. He was just the first one to reach them.
*D’DERIDAHN:* A Seer was needed. One who would reach us under the proper conditions. So we created those conditions. You answered the call first. So you will be our instrument.
2:57 - Blake being the first to give in to the Sovereign’s plans would be considered weakness to some, but to the Sovereigns, it is his strength. It shows his obedience, what they think all humanity should have.

3:25 - A Seer was needed because they are “Sovereign-touched.” E’Laetum granted the humans broken by A’Xerahn (the first vampires) a fraction of his power, in an attempt to heal them before he became the Meridian.
4:25 - *D’DERIDAHN:* But the results were not as planned. It took more than he wanted to give. Those he healed became the first Seers. Their cores contained a tiny fraction of Sovereignty.
4:49 - Seers cannot be Turned into vampires o: And all Seers seem to be descendants of the first ones created.
5:54 - Blake still believes he has some measure of control over the situation. As a Seer, he has seen his own death, and it was not this - which is why he thought that dying to reach the Sovereigns would not be the end of his life.The fact that his death was somewhere else in the future made him believe that he would get what he wanted from the Sovereigns.
6:23 - *D’DERIDAHN:* Do not flatter yourself, human. You have done exactly as you were always meant to do, nothing more. Do not imagine for an instant that you have outwitted us in some way. We are legion. We are gods.
7:03 - The Sovereigns do not need Blake specifically. They just need _a_ Seer. If he fails, they will find another one to be their instrument. And if that one fails, they will find another. His only choice is to obey unconditionally, or both he _and_ his lover will die.

7:51 - Blake will be sent back to Elegy, to act as D’Deridahn’s vessel. His core can contain the Sovereign’s magic, and he will be the form D’Deridahn takes on the human plane. The only parts left of Blake will be whatever D’Deridahn allows to remain.
8:44 - If Blake refuses, he will die. If he takes too long, he will die. There is not much time before his body is beyond recovery.
8:58 - A mysterious music begins to crescendo - D’Deridahn describes it as the veil drawing Blake in.

Blake came in thinking he had a plan and then the sonic underwater countdown began to play and all semblance of control left his body.
This makes a crazy case for the seer-obscura to be the hidden snipers of the story. who better than someone shrouded from gods themselves? man this universe is so cool
Can you please explain to me what the difference is between a seer-obscura and a seer? I never really understood, and I feel that with how the plot is developing, I should :P
@@poknok_ I'm no expert and I'd defintely check out the seer-obscura playlist! but from what I know they are seers that cannot see anything related to themselves in their sight, and neither can anyone else. So they're invisable even to seers, and if seers (as described in this) can only see the future because they have a hint of god in them, then that means the gods can't even see what the future holds for any seer-obscura!

Blake's every day motive: " NEVER BACK DOWN NEVER WHAT!"
I swear he will never accept fate as it is which surely shows how much he really loves his partner, kinda sweet but at the same time pychotic ( I mean what do I expect he's a yandere)
This has me believe even more that the Blake turning into Hush theory isn't accurate.
As D'Deridahn makes it sound, they're pretty much gonna use Blake as a flesh puppet to act out their will.
While Hush does follow his given purpose, he's still very much his own person. He's even able defy his purpose in some ways, that kinda doesn't sound like someone who is carrying a piece of a Sovereign inside his core (something Hush doesn't have, as he has stated several times)
Also Hush had a panic attack over killing one of the anacruses, asking himself if the pain he's feeling is the punishment from his makers for killing him. I assume the Sovereign chained in death would resent the daemons who were around during their imprisonment and would not care about Vega dying, especially if he was in the way.
During his panic attack he also mumbles "Everyone is gonna die.. Everyone is going to die again" while in previous audios he assured Doc that everyone, who doesn't stand in his way, is going to be fine. So Hush believes that whatever he is doing is not meant to harm humanity. The exact opposite of what the Sovereign in death say, who've repeated several times that every landborn life is lost.
So my current theory is that Hush and Blake are opposites of each other.
To me it seems like Hush might try to do what Avior and Starlight were instructed to help with:
Bring a Sovereign from the drove and bind them to the Meridian to strengthen it.
While whatever is going to be left of Blake, just wants to free them letting them loose.
I agree with this 100% and I'm still holding out hope that Eric finds a way to bring Vegas back before I throw hands. How dare he hurt my beloved.

I had forgotten about that. 😭 Thank you for reminding me. Vega, my love, return to me so I can kiss you. He just needs love. Hush just needs guidance and help, he needs Avior and Starlight. And, honestly, Gavin because he's very to the point when he has to be and can explain things in ways even Caelum can understand so he's perfect. I'm just so excited for all of this to converge again and I'm also terrified because we all know what happened last time everyone converged. I'm scared, someone hold me, and I need it all now.

Okay mini thing I've noticed, the sovereigns have a thing with altering reality to have someone do what they want, they've done it with getting avior and starlight stuck in the Meridian and now they've done with Blake too. They really are getting more powerful as the seconds pass and I'm so exited to see what they do before they've even escaped (yes ik that the sovereigns in the prison are different then the ones in the Meridian but still technically the same group of gods) ALSO BLAKE 100000% BECOMES HUSH I CAN FEEL IT IN MY BONES
We learned more about the sovereigns! the gravitic sovereign. We learned that seers can't be turned into vampires. We learned that E'Laetum created seers and attempted to mitigate how fucked up vampires were. Also, Blake isn't dead. But he's not just himself now it seems. So interesting

I'm very curious about this plotline, and the sfx are so unique and jarring
My heart can understand protecting the one I hold close, dear to me, but it is harder to comprehend how one can lose sight of everything else, including the consequences of one's actions. I feel there is something so heartbreaking in Blake believing he has a say in anything that is happening with the Sovereigns. Although there is something else, too, deep down, even when his choices came from a distorted place, the intention to save the person he loves, I would like to believe, is genuine. It makes me sad, I feel Blake might experience a fate worse than death, becoming the Sovereigns' vessel. I am in awe of the audio, the voice acting, the amazingly ominous, eerie sounds coming to life in the storytelling. I couldn't help feeling my stomach turn, too. When Blake asks what is that music and the response is "it is your end", really did something to me. I also couldn't help thinking of Jumanji, the music becoming louder and louder, knowing the worst is yet to come. I can't help but feel, in these words, that salvation is an illusion. I'd like to think, even if the matters within a story can display a hopeless situation, there is something to learn within. I very much look forward to more of this story unfolding. Thank you, Erik, for all your hard work. This was, indeed, a work of art.

i will never cease to be amazed at Erik's ability to make me feel anxious while watching a video. the way the sovereigns talk always makes me feel like i'm in the presence of an incredibly dangerous entity and just want to run away. there is a surprising lack of fictional things that can make me feel anxiety the way these do so i'm glad to have found this entire channel. anything that makes me feel an emotion this intensely is S tier content in my book.

This Sovereign is also pretty intimidating! No negotiations! He makes a dominant character like Vega seem like a fluffy kitten 😺, if you were to meet both in a "dungeon". 😂
Some of us already had the theory, that Blake would be physically possessed by someone. I thought, it might be Hush, because Hush was right there in the basement when Vega went in there, and Blake must have exed himself down there just shortly before, too. Now I'm wondering if that theory was corrent and Hush *is* now walking around in Blake's body, or if something else is inside of Blake. 🤔 Hush's brother? I literally can't solve the puzzle! 😅 I'm excited to see where all of this goes next! ♥

I'm freaking out man! This is so cool and also really clever. But I'm so emotionally attached to every character you do...that I'm so scared for what this means for everyone else and Blake. Like...how does this effect life, magic, all plains, demons, and the meridian...having them now released from their "prison". My mind is blown 🤯...I knew it was gonna happen but I'm just concerned about everything and everyone.
P.s. people be saying this is Hush now but what if this is who Hush has to kill. Just a thought no reason for it. Besides me not wanting to lose Hush...😢

I don’t usually like to theorize cause I’m usually wrong and I hate being wrong publicly but what if the thing that Morgan’s listener didn’t see freaked them out so much because that had previously seen it? But it was being altered. In this audio it says there were others, Blake was just the first to respond to the call.
Also! Not a theory just a parallel.
When starlight was pulled into the meridian they said “/you/ were needed.” That Avior was needed, seemingly specifically.
And here it’s emphasized to Blake that “you were not needed. A seer was needed.”
I feel like that very clearly sets a tone, for me anyway, that while we weren’t sure if the ones in Avior’s storyline were really good and actually trying to help or not- here there is very little to no confusion.
Blake has made a terrible, terrible mistake.
