I totally agree. You never know what is going on in someones private life. It could be relationship issues, it could be diseases, it could be the kids, it could be economical issues and so on. If you struggle in your private life, it will eventually affect your professional life in some shape or form. If we can be open with colleagues (maybe easier said then done) about what is going on, it is much easier to give some slack and elbow room during though periods of life. At the end of the day we are all humans :-)

100% agree! While we shouldn’t moan and complain about our personal issues all day at work, they inevitably bleed over…and like you say, that’s okay! Let’s just all have empathy for each other and remember that there can be so much we don’t see. 😀👍👍

For sure! Easier said than done though, too. =-) My point here is to just not judge others when they may be "off" because there can sure be a LOT going on in their personal life that we have no idea. =-)
