Thanksgiving Bread ( Potato Rolls ) | hobbybaker ng japan | tokyothesa

Hello friends.A thanksgiving bread is a crucial part for a thanksgiving dinner.These Potato Rolls is one of my favorite.It is soft,fluffy and a good combination for spreading your butter,soup or soak it in any gravy food you have.
Ingredients: 12pcs of potato bread rolls
250g bread flour
10g powdered milk
50g potato flakes ( mashed potato)
25g granulated sugar
3g dry yeast
3g salt
1beaten egg ( 50-55g )
180g lukewarm water
50g unsalted butter
*brush with milk before baking
*brush with butter after baked
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20 minutes
