I used to use Red Heart, but tried Hobby Lobby I love this Yarn, much softer on sale every 2 weeks!

Yes go on the little flower icon top right hand corner press on that and you will be able to slow the speeds up or down so much easier to learn a pattern when youve achieved
You can turn it back up to normal speed hope it helps
