Hi I'm from Nigeria. So many things spoke to me, first it's the way I treat God, I realise sometimes out of anger and frustration and sometimes the workings of the flesh, I treat God harshly with my speech and even though I know God can handle my pain, i still dont think it's right, so I've decided to ask God to show me how to talk to him even though I'm expressing my deep hurt. Now with being good to myself, I used to be very critical, judgemental, mean harsh to myself and I did that to others even if I didnt intend to do it, it just came out, but something I realised I when I started to draw closer to God and start to recive his grace and love like you said, everything changed, now I'm more gracious to myself, more loving and kind, I'm not there yet, 100% but I'm not where I used to be. About being good to others, still working on it but I realise something, some ppl I'm kinder to than others, idk why? Like I have more negative feelings towards them even though I've prayed about it but I'm still yet to figure out why? Do you have any pointers on how to deal with negative feelings towards other women, even if you want to share love to them. One thing really struck me, you said your thoughts ultimately become your belief, that's really powerful and because I've heard it, im going to be more intentional about my thoughts and what I allow to dominate my mind? Can you talk on navigating old friendship and knowing when to allow certain old friendships back? Truthfully, I'm grateful for you and this community here, I'm so thankful for your words and you answering the call on your life. God bless u so much. ❤

I have always loved myself and other because I know to love is a hard things so I always cherish those who are around me ,
But my struggle was to always do everything right I put pressure in myself not do anything wrong I was so hard on myself but when I start walking with God I did realize that I change , when you say that know you don't condemn yourself but know that your human and you may fall short , this what my relationship with God I definitely can not do anything without him and even if I fall behind I try to dwell in his kindness and love so as to move to a better version of myself even if it's hard God is faithful and forgiving and that what make my relationship with him string because I know I can't always be at that mark even if I want to,
I thank God for you I didn't not know how to describe my relationship with God but you summarize it in a few seconds😌
