Honestly "I'd rather dissolve than have you ignore me" is such a great line. It seems so simple and easy to say that if you read it, you might just run over it without a second look yet when you hear it there's something so deeply profound and relatable to it. Every time I hear that line in the song when I'm working or walking, I just stop and think about it.
I honestly don't see where all the comments criticizinf Andrew's voice are coming from. This is exactly how he sounded in the original song, and I think he sounds great tbh.
He seems to dislike being idolised and being famous. He should try being drug addled, piss poor with no hope. Still, I do like their art and some of the sentiments in their work.

His singing is great, it suits all their songs beautifully. If anything in this particular performance he sounded a bit nervous in places but playing to a live tv audience is a nerve-wracking experience!

Matt Atsi has an excellent collection of basses. I've seen him with a Rickenbacker, a Music Man, and with a Fender Precision here. Nice, man, nice. Also, James is hilarious.
A friend sent me a CZcams video of MGMT. I never heard of them before. Boy did I miss out. Love their music, and so in love with Andrew. Sexiest guy I have ever seen. I hope the band will continue to make such awesome music.❤️🤗

If you listen to their old EP's you will realize that their sound changed in Oracular. This is more MGMT-ish. They made Congratulations to "delete" the fake fans that only like Kids, Time to Pretend and Electric Feel.
