Honest review: I have watched several videos to make jowar rotis but have failed and thought of giving it up, then I saw your video and made it exactly the same way to did, trust me your every tip was very useful to make the way you did it. And I was able to make jowar roti flawless and perfect .. no crack on breakage, and fully blown fluffy rotis just like my gehnu phulkas, they were perfect, so soft .. Super like...me nahi soch pa rhi hu ki maine aaj jowar ki roti banayi hai... My god.. i had tried it three years before, banane me mujhe around 1.5 hrs lage the aur sari roti bekar si phati huyi bani thi, uske baad me aisa dar gyi ki maine kabhi jowar ka aata nahi mangwaya.. after seeing this video aaj himmat mili and i made it. I'm a type 2 diabetic and I'm advised by my doctor not too eat bread or even regular chapaties for its high GI. I had tried Jowar chapaties but never came out right, but today thanks to you I will definitely try this tour method and I will come back and put a review thank you sister🙏

@@CookingTimewithShraddhaSorry madan, this time it was a failure bz water became more. I added one cup of water for one cup of jowar powder. But still it became too much sticky and so I made roti by adding coconut, etc. Any suggestion, mam.

Yes....but for bajra, you have to add 1-2 tbsp flour extra for 1 cup
