Kathopanishad - Day 43 - Talk in English by Swami Aparajitananda, Chinmaya Mission Chicago.

In previous lectures, Swamiji discussed taṭastha lakṣaṇa of the Lord; the two terms used - ṛ̱taṃ and bṛ̱hat in this verse are svarupa lakṣaṇa of the Lord.
Swamiji explains the meaning of ' changeless ' while explaining the term ṛ̱taṃ with the help of various scriptural injunctions, Swamiji explains to us.
He explains the term bṛ̱hat, which means the cause of all effects. To facilitate our mediation, Swamiji explains the universal law of how subtle things control the gross, and by connecting with the subtlest thing in us, we can conquer the gross world.
All the explanations given to make us understand these two terms are to help sadhakas understand the glory of the Lord and one’s insignificance, which would help strengthen the meditation.
The glory of the lord is described in the following three verses.
Verse 3
What does this Lord do in our body?
The Lord sitting in our hearts is helping us to breathe, exhale, and inhale.
Swamiji explains in steps how breathing can be used to meditate very effectively. As usual in his Vedantic style, he does not forget to remind us that puncturing the ego is an essential and integral part of a successful mediation.
He says that the auspicious beginning of meditation happens only in the fertile land of the egoless pure mind. Be humble!
The various meanings of the phrase vi̱śve de̍vā u̱pāsate̍ are explained.
Verse 4
This verse answers the question - Is there anything in the universe which is beyond decay?
Verse 5
Swamiji, while explaining this verse, bursts our myth - he says you are not alive because you breathe - this is an atheist view. You are alive because the Lord of the universe is residing in you.
He again reminds us that we are trying to understand all these concepts not just to appreciate them intellectually but to realise that the Lord is within us.
Pay attention to Him all the time (tasmāt sarveṣhu kāleṣhu) so that you can enjoy this life while living and also get liberated.

Swaroop Lakshnam Ṛtam( (ऋतम्)changeless,n बृहत् (bṛhat)cause of effect are features that drive.
Puncture Ego before you sit in meditation.
Worship with humility ,gratitude n pay attention.
Parmatma in me residing n all devtas in it illumining.
I'm stress free n all the organs perfectly functioning.
When Parmatma detaches from bodies,they disintegrate.
Before devtas leave, know the absolute truth, we can't negate.
To experirnce,नन्दति नन्दति नन्दत्येव, prepare the mind.
Realize, know the truth ,you are God ,you are Divine !!!
