But the solution to peace,harmony n happiness lies in our hand.
' Vairagya' is the magic word that holds mind's problem n solution in it.
Practice ,'raga' n make the mind powerful.
Practice ,'vairagya' n make it peaceful.
But ,'abhyasa' in the right direction only will get mastery over it bit by bit.
