Omg I've had same issues w our 94 TA GT. Did every sensor and opti, plugs wires, intake gasket even took out catalytic converter, engine ran much better. 2 months ago started missing / jerking big at hwy speed 80mph and WOT, and a couple weeks later just around town it hesitates at traffic lites and cruising 35mph. Now yesterday died no start at intersection. Got Fuel Pressure but think it's a no spark. So many posts about body module with ign key for wot problem just chasing my tail. I've looked at all yhe plug ends and tested all sensors w volt meter. Downloaded 94/95 program on laptop and searched during run time. Everything looks good. Looked thru shoebox's posts for answers and was oh so close with pulling wire harness.

Right! I replaced mine probably 15 years ago and they’re getting very slow. I help them up by hand just so that I don’t burn up the motors!

I'm having the same problem with my 96 camaro SS. I replaced 3 freaking optisparks each time something different. I then replaced ICM and the MAF sensor. Because that's the codes it kept throwing before that it was the crankshaft position sensor. I thought the damn PCM was fried lol. Its not so I'm actually stuck right where this ends on your video. I don't have a blown fuse and my ignition coil pigtail is good. However I did check the voltage on the ICM pigtail at pin D (dark green). Supposed to be getting 12v its getting nothing. So my thought is its the green wire and or the Ignition coil which is only a few months old. But that doesn't really mean anything thankfully it's lifetime warranty. So I'm going to try that tomorrow and if that doesn't work ill have to chase the green wire from the ICM. Did you ever figure out what your issue was coming from? And any ideas on this green wire from the ICM? Just curious where does it stop before I start taking all the plastic wrap off.

Sympathies, brother! I eventually did, but it’s a different journey for all of us. Keep watching, and let me know what you find out!

Hey babe can I send you a picture of the pigtail that somebody had snipped almost all the way off of my wiring harness underneath my 1994 Pontiac. I just want to know if it's still usable ?
