      We're no strangers to love
You know the rules and so do I
      A full commitment's what I'm thinking of
You wouldn't get this from any other guy
I just wanna tell you how I'm feeling

The reason the pineapple top isn’t growing is because of the fact that your water it by the roots and because pineapples are bromeliads they intake most of their nutrients through the hole in the top of the plant so it needs to be watered via top and not the sides or else it might die that’s why it sending out other stems because the plant is dying due to lack of water. I do water my pineapple plants at my house through the to and they flourish

When plants grow, the vast majority of their mass comes from water and air, not the soil. The soil settled because your watering it caused all the little air pockets to shrink and so the soil settled. You can see this yourself in the chemical equation for photosynthesis. (6)H2O + (6)CO2 + Sunlight = C6H12O6 + (6)O2 The Plant takes six molecules of water and six molecules of carbon dioxide and reacts them together to form one glucose molecule and six molecules of oxygen, it can then turn the glucose into a wide variety of other molecules, etc, to build itself.
