Would be good to know what the implications are if the lease is silent on the loft particularly where it concerns a property converted into separate flats

Not a bad video but not a good video.
The process is not well presented, a unifying slide whether before or at end in summary is missing.
Also where are the links to legislation applicable, some starting point for general ownership, then building control and possibly health and safety plus Leasehold flats relevant content.
The acid test, a good video has a message where one remembers the message.
Currently very forgettable video.
Not really informing = wasted opportunity.
