    Not a bad video but not a good video. The process is not well presented, a unifying slide whether before or at end in summary is missing. Also where are the links to legislation applicable, some starting point for general ownership, then building control and possibly health and safety plus Leasehold flats relevant content. The acid test, a good video has a message where one remembers the message. Currently very forgettable video. Not really informing = wasted opportunity. Sorry to be so frank !

      The charges are estimated and then divided by 12, and then the actual charges are worked out and then there will either be a refund or a charge of the difference.
