How to remove Jeep YJ Track bar/ Install Bushings

My rule for track bars is this:
1. If your Jeep sees a lot of highway use, leave them.
2. If your Jeep is only for off-roading...then maybe take them off.
3. Or just buy a telescoping trackbar.

Correct wrench is 21mm not 13/16
